Any developer or channel partner whose project has an active RERA registration, a completion date that has not passed, no Revenue Recovery Certificates against the promoter, and fewer than 1 complaint per 5 registered projects. The checks are run automatically against the official register.
Does advertising change a builder’s ranking or data?
No. Rankings, complaint counts and recovery orders come only from official RERA registers. Paying for a featured spot never changes, hides or removes any record. Sponsored placements are always labelled.
What happens if my project stops qualifying?
The placement is paused automatically on the next register sync and resumes once the project qualifies again. Unused days are carried forward.
