What we collect and why.
- We do not publish names of individual complainants from RERA orders, even where the official register shows them.
- Searches are processed to show results and may be logged without personal identifiers to improve the index.
- If you contact us through the corrections form we store your name, email and message only to respond to you.
- To show builders from your city on the homepage, your IP address is looked up once (city/state level only) via the ipwho.is service; we store only the resulting state, keyed by a one-way hash. Choosing a city manually skips this.
- We use no advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.
- To ask us to delete your message, use the same form.
