I would like to literally plead anyone who sees this comment to think at-least a quad trillion times before even thinking of buying a flat anywhere in Sobha. The glittery sales office and the soft-talking polite behaviour at first would leave you at awe but once you purchase a flat from them then you are on you own, from applying for the loan till getting the sanctioned letter all would he on you. Expect zero support of any kind from them. I don’t have enough energy left right now to describe my experience which is nothing else than a nightmare and it would eventually haunt me for the rest of

Very poor customer support experience with Sobha Townpark by SOBHA Limited. We changed our company email ID (from .co.in to .com) and have been unable to log in to the customer portal for months because password reset emails are still going to the old email. Despite multiple visits to the site office and corporate office, the issue remains unresolved. Due to this, TDS payments already made are not getting updated in the portal, and interest charges keep getting added unfairly. Extremely frustrating experience and unexpected from a reputed builder.
