Real Estate Checker Launches: Official RERA Data for Builders in 8 Indian Metros
Real Estate Checker is now live at realestatechecker.in. It replaces the Black Listed Builders – Bangalore blog with a searchable database built entirely from official RERA registers.
What's new
- Top 100 builders for Bengaluru, Mumbai and Pune, ranked by registered projects, with area filters (East, South, North and more).
- Complaints and recovery orders ranking for Bengaluru, using K-RERA's promoter-wise complaints report and Revenue Recovery Certificate list.
- Instant search across builders and projects, with a live lookup on the official RERA portal when a name isn't in our index yet.
- A source line on every page showing exactly which government register the data came from and when it was fetched.
- Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata and Ahmedabad pages link straight to their official registers while automatic sync is connected.
Why the change
Opinions are easy to dispute. Official records are not. By publishing only what RERA authorities themselves publish — and linking to it — we give buyers stronger evidence and keep the focus on facts.
